Perhaps you have spent years keeping everything moving while living on whatever is left of you.
Or you may be here for your child.
Tired of explaining, chasing help and watching them struggle while decisions are made around them.
You want more than support written on paper. You want them to be understood and included.
These are different journeys but the same belief sits underneath both...a person matters beyond the problem in front of them.
For nearly four decades, I have supported children, parents and professionals through vulnerable and complex times.
That experience now runs through both REST coaching and my SEND work...helping you make sense of what is happening and work out what comes next, without losing sight of the person at the heart of it.
One-to-one REST Coaching
You may already understand a great deal about yourself. You know the thoughts you get trapped in, the decisions you second-guess and the patterns you return to. Yet when the moment comes, knowing is not always enough to help you choose differently.
REST takes us beyond insight. We look honestly at what keeps happening and work with it, without blame, but not without challenge. You will have support and accountability as you learn to trust your own voice and act on what you know.
This is not about feeling clearer for an hour and then returning to the same life. It is about becoming someone you can count on in the life outside the session.
Clear, Experienced SEND Support
When home and school do not match, it takes real SEND knowledge to understand what may be happening underneath and what support should follow.
My experience spans classroom teaching, SENCO practice, senior inclusion leadership, specialist SEND work and local-authority monitoring. I understand how needs are identified, how schools make decisions and where provision or communication can break down.
I use that knowledge to look carefully at your child’s situation, help you understand what is already in place and identify what may need to happen next. The aim is not conflict. It is clearer, better-informed conversations between home and school, centred on support that makes a genuine difference to your child’s day.
